Reasons for making this change:
The Beef programming language is already included in the linguist repo, and a default
gitignore template for it would be useful.

Explanation:

• BeefSpace_User.toml includes settings specific to the user, such as window position and open tabs.
• recovery is the directory where data is saved, should the ide chrash. Sharing this isnt necessary.
• build includes the compiled projects and should not be in the repo.
